Print flat as shown without support.  

I printed in PLA PrusaSlicer 0.2mm QUALITY, 0.4mm nozzle, with 3 perimeters and 25% infill.

The base has performed well for a long period of time, with no flex or sign of fatigue.   It may be possible to reduce the infill without hurting performance.   The gcode provided is for standard 2 perimeters and 15% infill and is untested.

To be sure that your model will fit, print the sample slice to check before committing to print the entire shelf.  You will be able to scale it up or down in the slicer to make small adjustments if necessary.
