This insert was designed for 10 diamond files as an addition to the amazing BaBo organizer system from @Willi. Check out his site for more great inserts and modules.
You can choose between two sizes:
- size 1: 150 x 60 mm (i.e. 5x2)
Please note:
The common diamond files are offered with a length of 140mm, although I have found that this seems to be only an approximate value. Therefore, before printing, please check that your files do not exceed the length of 140mm. The theoretical inner length of the box is 141.8 mm, so there is not much play here.
If only a few of the files are too long, you could consider cutting them by a few millimeters at the end of the shaft. Otherwise, please use size 2.
- size 2: 180 x 60 mm (i.e. 6x2)
The theoretical inner length of the box is 171.8 mm, so even larger diamond files should fit in nicely.
