Afterburner Spider v3

Voron Afterburner printhead parts modified for the Creality Spider v3 hotend.  This hotend is high temp/high flow and a pretty good value if you can pick one up on sale as I did.  Originally installed in an Ender 3, when I began the process of upgrading that printer, I realized that the afterburner mount wouldn't accept this hotend. 

Print this as you would any Voron parts, 4 walls, 40% or more infill in ABS.

Assembly:

The heater cartridge can be mounted on either side of the block, make sure its on the right hand side.  The thermistor (at least on mine) can only be installed on the left hand side, so there is a channel in the bottom of the support shelf to route the thermistor wire.  Make sure the wire is captured between the heat sink and the back so it doesn't interfere with the mount and route over to the right hand side.  You may need a slightly longer thermistor wire, depending on your setup.

Melt the heated inserts into the 4 holes in the rear part of the print head, then build the rest of the Afterburner as described in manual: https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/tree/afterburner/Manual

Hardware required in addition to the stock afterburner:

• 2 - M3 Heat-set Inserts
• 2 - M3 22mm screws

Note: The rear bracket has two revisions, the first is one I printed in the photo, but I realized that the holes for the heatset inserts weren't deep enough.  Revision 2 is adjusted for this, though the walls are some what thinner, it should be a better fit, and not leave a glob of ABS blocking the screw holes.
