Outdoor Housing for Fanvil i10S/i10SV/i10SD SIP mini intercom

This housing provides a bit more weatherprotection and ruggedness for the Fanvil intercom i10S/i10SV/i10SD SIP mini intercom. Due to the fact that there are two holes in the front for the camera and the push button it is not entirely waterproof. But the extended roof on the top should provide enough protection for most cases. 
You will need:

• 1 printed “Housing Fanvil intercom-1”
• 1 printed “Housing Fanvil intercom-2”
• 2x M4 nut
• 2x M4x25 screw (not sure of the length at the moment)
• 2 screws etc. to fix the intercom to the wall, up to Dia. 5mm
• 2x M2x10 or ST2.2x9.5 or similiar 

Use two M4 nuts and glue these into the recesses on the back the part “Housing Fanvil intercom-1”. Fix this part on the wall using two countersunks screws of up to 5 mm diameter. Remember to pull the cable for the intercom through the appropriate opening in the printed part. To waterproof the cable opening on the back usage of caulc, RTV or similar is recommended. Connect wires to intercom and screw intercom to printed part using 2 M4x25 screws. Now slide “Housing Fanvil intercom-2” from top to bottom over the assembly and fix with two M2x10 or ST2.2x9.5 or similiar.
