Prusa MK2 12V PSU plus Meanwell LRS 75-24 case

I added a 24V PSU to my printer to improve stepper driver performance, thought someone could use the new cover I made.

I converted the original MK2S SCAD file to STEP using Freecad, fixed the conversion errors, increades the size enough to fit two PSUs, added mounting points for the Meanwell and made all screw holes slightly easier to print.
