Split Loom Wire Insertion Tool

Found this design on the other site (thing:589565 by ksanalytical) but I had a hard time running it through the mesh loom I have (similar to what's on Prusa machines) so I recreated it and added a way to pull it and to add a zip tie or velcro to hold the wires as they are pulled in. It's a bit larger because this type of wire wrap has so much more material to actually split. Resize as needed.
