Description
I've been sitting on some design concepts inspired by Kobold Keep's Recent-ish Kickstarter for expandable paint racks. I don't much care for acrylic or to have the shelves on my hobby desk.
I do have a wall just next to it that is begging to be used to hold and display paint. So I designed this system with expandable shelves in mind.
-----------------------------
11/4: My Ender 3's just dont seem to be reliable enough to get the large paint rack printed, I've uploaded a smaller version that should still work to hold 6 or 12 paints with the Frames. At least when I can get around to the locking clips.
11/2: Added the V2 of everything, this included shortening the Top of the paint frame to allow better clearance of the smaller citadel pots. I also added additional extrusions to the paint frame both to secure the larger pots betters. The cut out on the frame bottom was pointed to avoid sagging interferences. Shelves for both ends and middle created, adjusted height of one end to hold the frames more securely, as well as adjusting tolerances in connection pegs. Tray was added and top frame got cut outs for future Key model to ensure frames cant slide/fall out.
11/1: I wanted to try and get the listing up quickly to take advantage of the flash contest, so right now this model is the V1 of everything. Things are a bit rougher and lack some fine-tuning, but it still works! You can see the rendered image to get a sneak peek of the V2 which is currently printing and fails permitting this listing will be updated tomorrow with V2 models and pics.
