Light for Dremel

This is designed for use with the Dremel 3000 Workstation. I required a solution to illuminate the work surface when drilling PCBs, as dealing with shadows can be quite tedious while trying to align holes. To address this issue, I devised a straightforward light ring consisting of 6 LEDs, powered by a 12V power supply.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Solder the LEDs together using the 'holder ring.stl' as a guide. I utilized 6 flat-cap LEDs, but you can employ any type of 5 mm LED. Remember to include the necessary limiting resistors.
2. Place the assembled LED ring into the 'holder outer.stl' and push it firmly into place.
3. After soldering the power cord, enclose everything using the 'holder cap.stl.'
4. A simple LED connection diagram is provided for your convenience.

CAUTION: Do not permanently affix the light ring to the workstation. The light ring must remain movable, as it fits snugly around the locknut of the workstation (the large black nut).
