The files leverage shipping tubes in order to create the main body of the thunders pears this allows for a very light weight but structurally sturdy prop. I have a video tutorial that explains how to assemble the thunder spears. The video was made for customer who purchased my kits but it will still be a great aid for assembling the thunder spears.

quick note the inner gasket i show in the video is printed in tpu. If you don't have tpu or can't print with it. You can use PLA. The purpose of the gasket is to allow you to mount it on your props first and the have the liberty of painting the prop without the need to scrape it when re building the prop.
