Description
I designed these car badges / emblems for a friend's Volkswagen. The Hybrid Badge font is actually the one that Volkswagen uses for their factory badges, and the EV Badge font is a custom font that I found on 'DaFont.com'.
Both of the 'backing' files have small holes on the back so you can add 5x3mm or 6x3mm coin magnets, allowing you to temporary (or permanently) attach these emblems to your vehicle.
The Hybrid Badge text was modified to snap-fit onto the magnetic polygon backing plate. Depending on your printer, you might have to scale it up to 105% or less to allow a little wiggle-room (although I did not have to - they snapped right into place).
Magnets: 6x3mm or 5x3mm Coin Magnets

Ender 3 Pro
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.16mm
Infill:
20% or More
Filament: SUNLU PETG Black, Red, Green
Notes:
Because these models will be magnetically attached to your vehicle, I highly suggest PETG or another heat-resistant filament. I live in Texas and recently we had a pretty bad heat wave, however the PETG material has held up pretty well so far.
Depending on your printer, you can get away without using supports for the magnet slots on the backs of the 'xxxx\_Magnetic-Backing' models. I did not have to use supports, but if your settings aren't tuned right, you might have a birds nest in those slots after printing.
