I printed the M48 rotating piece with 0.10 detail, it is a little difficult to rotate it once printed, but with a good spatula and patience it can be done.
I am attaching file format steps for your own modifications.

I thank Mr. Egor Ineshin for his model "ZWO 2'' Filter Drawer" in GrabCad from which I extracted the M48 thread that fit me like a glove.
