Voron 2.4 LED aluminum profile mounts with hidden cables

Features:

• allows mounting aluminum LED profile under the left/right top 2020 extrusion
• mentioned aluminum profile is used for cooling LEDs. Profile is sold here under “TRILINE-MINI” brand, symbol PROFIL-MN-3LM-CZ-2C. Refer to the image for dimensions.
• profile can be mounted with or without a diffuser cover
• all cables are hidden
• driven by PWM signal from controller board allowing brightness to be controlled
• bright V-TAC LEDs, model V-TAC VT-2835 238. 2550LM/m, 24V, 4000K colour temperature. A brightness level of 25% is sufficient for Voron printer usage. 80cm of LED strip takes about 12W at 24V.

For Voron 2.4 350mm two 40cm led profiles were cut (by hand). 

Print top-corner-cable-hide-led-profile and top-corner-cable-hide-led-profile-end and mirrored (in slicer) two copies.

8pcs M3x20 BHCS/SHCS (if these are too short you can use M3x25 BHCS/SHCS and if these are too long then use with fastener-led.stl). 8x hammerhead or t-nut.

Two LED strips are connected in parallel to HE2 (heater output) of Octopus board using 20 AWG wires.

All cables hidden in 2020 vertical profiles using https://www.printables.com/model/208845-2020-aluminum-extrusion-cover cover. Then into electronics compartment using https://www.printables.com/model/634040-voron-24-z-belt-cover-with-cable-routing .

Fusion 360 and step source files available. Changing for other aluminum LED profiles shouldn't be hard.
