Description
Ford and it's infinite insanity designed the headlight on the 2016 Fusion as well as other year models where you have to drop the bumper to change out the low beam bulb. However, there is a few videos on youtube where people have removed a few bolts around the headlight to allow you to tip the headlight forward to give you enough room to get your fingers behind the headlight and twist then pull the bulb. However, I was unable to get a proper grip on the bulb from behind to be able to turn it. With this simple tool you can stick this on the backside of the bulb and use an adjustable wrench, or a pair of channel locks and give it a 90 degree turn to loosen the bulb then use your fingers to maneuver the bulb out.
If you need to adjust this model at all I have decided to include the STEP and F3D files.
