Fysetc Stealthburner LED carrier for Neopixel rainbow barf LED

Made this remix of the Rainbow barf LED carrier to fit the FYSETC variant. The FYSETC variant doesn't have a notch in the PCB and the connector takes up more space than the original design accommodates.

Print settings:

• Print in the default orientation as shown below
• Standard support, build plate only
• Standard Voron printed parts settings
