Description

Thanks to rosch8 for the great original wind turbine.
I took the rotor blades from the original wind turbine and modified them. Made the wind turbine smaller, it's 160mm in diameter and 175mm long.
A 0.3 mm nozzle would be recommended for the rotor blade, I printed with 0.4 mm.
On the Nabe, drill out the holes for the screws with 2.5 mm and cut an M3 thread. Glue the Labyrinth ring to the Nabe at the rear with CA. Put the ball bearing in the Nabe and screw it on with a cylinder screw M5x35, Distanz and a nut. Insert the M5 nut in the Rumpf and screw the Nabe to the Rumpf. Insert Rotorblatt and screw with Spinner. Drill out the hole for the Vertikalachse with 4.2 mm. Glue the Leitwerk, Tragfläche, Vertikalachse and Kabine to the Rumpf with CA. Glue the round rod 4x6 mm with a tip with a drop of CA into the hole in the Vertikalachse.

The Fuss12 can be attached with a 4mm countersunk screw and then the windmill can be inserted with Halter12 and the 4mm rod. Alternatively, you can put the Halter 6 - 12 on a corresponding rod.

Are needed:
1x ball bearing 685 ZZ 5x11x5 mm for Nabe
1x cylinder screw M5x35 with nut for rotor axis
3x cylinder screw M3x8 for Spinner
1x brass or stainless steel rod 4x100 mm for Vertikalachse
1x brass or stainless steel rod 4x6 mm with tip for Vertikalachse

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA.
