Another Spinner Knob for the (tr)uSDX

After printing a few of the knobs out there for the (tr)uSDX… Some I couldn't print, some came out wonky, and most… My finger didn't fit in the spinner hole :-(

I made this one with an offset finger hole, more leverage, and I could make it big enough to stick my finger in it.
