Raspberry Pi Camera Cam Module v3 Enclosure Magnetic Mount

Reworked the Raspberry Pi Camera Module V3 enclosure based on the one by sn4k3 as I found the dimensions to be off a little. Additionally, I wanted a backplate that I could put magnets in to allow easy removal of my camera from its mount position when performing maintenance on my printer enclosure where it will be used. While this is inspired by the original camera enclosure mentioned above, it is completely reworked from scratch in order to get the dimensions on point and snug to the module. Also included is a backplate mounting template.
