Description
This simple model contains various features for inspection of printed filament. It is designed to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, at a 0.2mm layer height.
The example photos are of Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber. I also added a few photos of a little part of unprinted filament. The carbon fiber strands are clearly visible under a microscope.
I printed this with PrusaSlicer on a Prusa Mk4, using the standard PC-CF profile, with these alterations:
