Bigtreetech SKR 1.4 adapter for Anet E10/E12/E16

I needed better board for my modified Anet E16 and my choice was BTT SKR 1.4. I haven found existing solutions for this board so I have designed mine.

I was able to mount SKR board in a place where USB port is accessible. It is bit deeper and some cables wont fit but with typical USB cable it is not a problem. Suprisingly distance between USB and micro SD card is sam on SKR 1.4 and Anet 1.7 board. So it is accessible too but you will have to glue some piece plastic on back of micro SD card.

I also wanted mosfets but I was able to find only one position next to SKR board. So they separate frame. This frame is mounted on side wall with screws trough ventilation holes.

All mounting screws were M3x6 except three M2,5 for mosfet frame.
