Core and cog lid for Jobo Tank System 1500/2500

I've created replacement parts for the Jobo 1500 and 2500 film development tank system.

This collection might grow if I need more spare parts, but so far I've got four kinds of center cores for the film spools as well as a replacement lid for the cog system.

Center cores (all printable without support if you rotate them 180 degrees):

You can print these in flexible filament (e.g. TPU) to use with stainless steel reels (see pictures). I use them with 127 film spools and it works like a charm.

• 40mm: 1-reel base core
• 82mm: 2-reel base core
• extension core

• 174mm: same length as 82 + extension core ### Cog lid:

• regular version

• modified to be printable without support
• top washer seal (this is really thin and hence hard to print)

• buy O-rings with 58mm outer diameter and 1.9mm thickness as the lower seal ### Future work:

  Let me know if you have any ideas for replacement parts for the 1500/2500 systems or for the CPE-2 Plus film developer. I'm working on lids for the 600ml bottles but couldn't get them to be air tight so far, which defeats the purpose.

Notes:

Use black filament only (avoid light leaks). Flip center cores to print the top first. This way you won't need supports.
