Apple Pencil Clip for iPad Case

I have an iPad Air 4 with a Logitech Combo Case. It's terrific, except for one thing: it doesn't have any retention for an Apple Pencil. The docking area is clear, but the pencil is easily knocked off. Pouches don't work because the keyboard folds back and can't lay flush because of the pouch.

I created this easy print to retain the pencil, and it does a great job. I used Gorilla clear mounting tape (30 lbs rating) to attach it to the case. It has excellent adhesion - unfortunately I know it too well: I had left my iPad on the roof of my car, then drove off. It flew off the car at about 50 miles an hour. The screen shattered, the keyboard flew off, and I found the pencil across the road from my iPad. BUT! The clips were still attached to the case. The pencil was completely undamaged, so I'm convinced that the clips protected the pencil from the bulk of the damage.

It's an easy print. I used Inland Silk PLA (so it looked nice as well), .2 mm layer height. It should take less than an hour to print. I'd suggest a brim to help adhesion, since it's tall with very little surface area on the bed.

TIP: attach the clips to the case by placing them with the pencil in place. I purposely did not put in any positioning helps because of different cases. This will give you the best balance of retention and ease of use.
