Drill Dust Collector (use with or without a vacuum - incl. alignment marks)

When drilling a hole in the wall, you always get dust in return. To help prevent that it spreads all over the place, use this Drill Dust Collector tool! It’s easy to print. And it can be used with or without a vacuum cleaner at hand.

Overview

The Drill Dust Collector is 1 main part, and then an attachment depending on your needs. The set is made of the following items:

• Base (the main part to print)
• Lid (if you want to use it without a vacuum cleaner - then this closes the base and makes room for a lot of dust)
• Adapter (these are to use instead of the Lid, if you want to attach this tool to your vacuum cleaner. It comes in multiple sizes - based on the diameter of the vacuum cleaner)

  • 34-40 mm
  • 40-46 mm
  • 46-52 mm
  • 52-58 mm

Even without the vacuum adapter (but with the simple lid) it does save you quite a lot of cleanup afterwards! Just see the photo here! The holes on the right is done with the Drill Dust Collector - and the holes on the left is done without ;-)

Assembly

Simply screw the base and whatever attachment you like together.

The files should be easy to print.

• Placement: Flat on bed. (They are oriented correctly from the start)
