Nanofoamer base/stand

Base for the Subminimal Nanofoamer milk frother.

I wasn't too happy with the wall mount it comes with; I wanted to be able to use the tube/cover, but also stand it up in a more stable way. I also wanted better storage for the fine/coarse mesh attachments rather than have one jangling around in the aforementioned tube.
