ESP32-CAM with ESP32-CAM-MB Housing

So I bought a few ESP32-CAM & ESP32-CAM-MB boards with those cheapo 3MP OV2640 lenses for simple uses, such as seeing when the mailman comes. 

If you'd like other options than the simple example code offers from the Arduino IDE and SD card functionality, I would suggest ESP32-CAM_MJPEG2SD. This also puts the chip in AP mode to configure your Wifi connection. 

Wasting an SD card on one of these wasn't my intention, though. My whole plan was to interface it with ContaCam so I could record, get timelapse captures and view from multiple sources along with email notifications and possibly have the AP mode an option. So go2rtc allows for you to accomplish this by creating a server that gives many different stream output options. 

You can write a .vbs script that will hide the window (replace “Update Portable Pihole.bat” with "go2rtc.exe" in the provided script), zip it as an SFX archive in WinRar and trigger it with Task Scheduler or drag a shortcut into your startup folder; “%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup” in Windows to enable it at boot.

So from there, I went with ESP32CAM-RTSP since it eliminated the need for go2rtc, enabled the LED through web interface, allowed for configuration through AP without the need for an SD card AND I could connect to it through ContaCam without any issue. Add TailScale to the mix and I can view when the mailman comes if I'd like on the internet from anywhere in the world! All at 800x600 3MP, but that's fine for my application.

I plan to make a slip housing eventually with either a cold shoe or GoPro mount. Or both. Possibly a slimmer version that removes the ESP32-CAM-MB portion just because. I don't know yet. 

NOTE: This is by no means meant to be waterproof. I keep mine in the garage so this works for me. It also fits very snug, I recommend printing this at 0.2 with a 15% infill. Also, you may want to file down any jagged edges of your boards before stuffing them in the case.
