Replacement Cover for Apricorn Aegis Secure Key 3NX/3Z

This is a replacement cover for the Apricorn Aegis Secure Key 3NX (Amazon) or 3Z (Amazon) hardware encrypted thumb drive models. I had repeatedly lost my original soft rubber cover countless times before it fell off for good. To protect my thumb drive from being damaged (and protect my belongings from getting scratched), I designed a replacement cover to print in TPU. It's slightly undersized around the buttons and the USB port itself for a tight friction fit. (The original rubber cover was somewhat loose.)

Print Settings and Materials

The recommended (and tested) material to print in is TPU.

• Polymaker TPU Filament 1.75mm 95A (Amazon)
• SainSmart TPU Filament 1.75mm 95A Color Change [Orange to Yellow] (Amazon)

This was printed with Inland TPU 95A Color Changing filament at 200 C at 0.12mm layer height, with 10% skin overlap. It was printed with 6 walls, 100% infill, and bed at room temperature (45 C). This was printed with a brim.
