Extruder Idler MMU2S Adjustable With Screw

I had many issues/errors/problems with my mk3s+ mmu2s while printing multi color. I can tighten idler screew to not have  stopped filament, but than I had issues to work IR sensor right. I loose scree, IR sesor was working right, but sometime my filament stopped and start clicking. I tried all recommended steps but nothing helps. Really. I ended up even in putting papter to have IR sensor holder inclined which was effective but nic technical solution.

Therefore I redesigned offical part, modified top part, added there hole for screw and its working.

I found in my bag with spare parts from printer screw M1.8 x 8 with allen key head.
