Guitar tuner button

Designed specially for Harley Benton locking tuners but may fit others if the shaft dimensions are the same (3.6x2.4mm). Looks good, but the reason was weight reduction of the headstock, as the guitar was very neck heavy. Less than 1 gram instead of 7 per button. It matters a lot as this weight was removed from a long lever.

Required a lot of iterations to achieve a tight fit. I attached a .step too for editing purposes.

Prints without supports standing as is in the STL. I printed them with 0.2mm QUALITY settings on a Prusa Mini+ in ASA, 6-6 top/bottom layers, 5 perimeters. Sanded them (mainly the top) with fine sandpaper to remove the layer lines, and finally came the acetone vapor smoothing. Be careful with acetone, read all the guides about this process!
