Description
This is a printable handlebar or stem mount that can be used to attach a Wahoo ELMNT series bike computer to a bicycle. It is composed of three rigid components (modified versions of the model I remixed) and a single TPU/flexible component that can be adjusted to fit different size bars or stems.
The settings that I used to print this can be found in the attached 3mf files. I sliced this in prusaslicer and printed it on an Anycubic Kobra with a 0.4mm nozzle, modified to run Klipper.
The rigid components (see WahooMountParts_Ziptie_Rigid.3mf) were printed in Polymaker PolyLite PETG with a a 0.2mm layer height. I would think that PLA+ or ABS/ASA would also be okay, though I might be a little concerned about the stiffness of normal PLA when printing this.
The interposer is a TPU (or similar) piece that sits between the base and the handlebar or stem. It is compressed when the zip ties are tightened and provides friction to keep the mount from shifting. In order to provide the best grip, the interposer should be sized such that it fits the tube that you are mounting to. I have provided STLs with multiple different sizes that fit common handlebar and stem diameters.
If you want to make a different interposer to fit your preferences w/r/t height or diameter, you can find the 3D model source in Onshape. There are variables in the feature tree that you can modify to adjust the settings for your design.
I printed the interposer out of Overture TPU95A with a 0.16mm layer height. The WahooMountParts_Ziptie_Interposer.3mf file includes detailed settings. TPU that is more or less hard (98A, 90A, 85A, etc) would likely also work, but it might require some additional tweaking of the model thickness in CAD or the outline/infill settings in the slicer.
The Base, interface spring, and interface lockring are assembled the same way that they were in the original model. The only difference is that the lockring is a bit to deep to use the special tool, so you may need to use a screwdriver or pliers to push the lockring into place.
The interposer has slots in the bottom that line up to tabs in the base. These tabs are used to align the base to the interposer and prevent the mount from rotating. There is nothing that physically holds the base and the interposer together except for compression after installation.

Your Wahoo ELMNT should now twist into place and you should be ready to ride!
