Prusa Support Pads for Felt

Unlike the rubber pads that come with the printer, I found better dampening through the use of felt pads, a spacer, a paver, and foam. Thanks @CNCKitchen for the research leading to this.

Reason for Creation: 

I wanted to put the printer at its lowest profile height while quieting down the printer. I needed a spacer that could make up for that height.

Hardware used:

1 per spacer - 3/8 in White Round Medium Duty Self-Adhesive Felt Pads

Personal Printer Settings

Layer height: 0.30mm
Perimeters: 2
Infill: 15%
Infill Pattern: Grid
Top Fill Pattern: Monotonic Lines
Top Solid Layers: 2
Bottom Fill Pattern: Monotonic
Bottom Solid Layers: 2

Procedure:

1. Print at least 4 of these with the profile face down
2. Install the felt pads to each printed part
3. Press the assembly into the Aluminum extrusion. Squeeze on the extrusion to aid in part insertion.
