Proxxon 46mm MP40 Vice Base Shield

My Proxxon vice is a good size for electronics bench work, for example holding small PCB's, wires, connectors as I work with them.  The vice also has significant mass and corners.

To protect me and my desk from frequent vice movement, I came up with a protective shield that I slip onto the vice base.  My shield is made from TPU, so flexes on and off the vice base, but also stays put when in use.  Other plastic types can be considered, possibly effective to some degree, too.

My print is made in 1.75mm Aurarium Black TPU filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer.  No print supports required.
