Spot Welder Pen

Hello,
This is a remix for Battery spot welder pen made by s3rkan (thanks for that), I kept
the idea and a i re-made complete the drawing in order to to fit the components that i have in my garage, the spot welder pen will help me to weld the battery packages with nickel strips.
For the sticks, i used 8mm pipes for air conditioner, i piece of 150 mm is more than enough, the spring has been bought from Bricoman (length 25 mm, diameter 12,5 mm, steel wire 1 mm), the microswitch (20x12 mm more or less) has been recovered from an old iron.
For the tips i used 2 copper nails/screws locked by small M3 headless screw with hexagon socket , concerning plugs i used the standard DKJ 10-25 for welder machine that it very easy to fit.Since this plugs crimped the pipes i added a peace of nail with diameter 4 mm in order to avoid to squeeze too much the pipes, next step is to try it

UPDATE 20210423

Due to power problem (not enough) i modified the drawing means that instead of air conditioner pipes and nails i change with copper bar 8 mm diameter bending the tips, also the front cover has been splitted otherwise with the bend tips i was not able to assembly it.

parts needed:

-copper bar 8 mm of diameter
-2 spring suitable with external diameter 12,5 mm and length 17, of course the inner hole should be suitable for copper bar diameter

• no.: 2 M3x10 Socket hexagon screws with button head and related M3 inserts
• no.: 6 small screws 3, 2 mm for wood
• no.: 2 DKJ 10-25 for welder machine
• no: 2 pieces of M4 thread
