piggy bank/Sparschwein NE555

You like the good old NE555? Then you are right here! 

This is a nice piggy bank, looking like the good old - but still used! - NE555 microchip. Created during the regarding flash contest. I have split it into three parts to print separately. Top, bottom and the eight feet.

That coin is a so called “Heiermann” - 5 DM German Mark. It remains me to my childhood - a Heiermann was much money for a child. 

To be honest, it's still a prototype… You will need some manual crafting (cutter and drill) to assemble it. The two housing parts and the feet do not fit exactly to their counterparts. I have not yet completely figured out the correct tolerances - but hey, I'm a maker :-) 

Since it was created for the flash contest, I did not have enough time to optimize it…
