Small-/Single-dose hopper f. Mahlkönig Vario / Baratza Vario

Der Trichter fasst ca. 35g Bohnen.
Ich habe das Design auf einfache Druckbarkeit optimiert, aber leider ist ein Druck ohne Support nicht möglich. Daher kann man entweder den Support im Slicer setzen oder die Datei Hopper_Supported vX.stl benutzen und die im Bild rot markierten Teile einfach mit einem scharfen Messer entfernen.
Der Deckel ist optional und besteht aus 2 Teilen, die dann mit einer M3x20mm oder M3x25mm Schraube und einer Unterlagscheibe miteinander verbunden werden.
Alle Schraublöcher sind 2.8mm und somit sollten die M3 Schrauben beim ersten Eindrehen ihr Gewinde selbst schneiden.

Ein lebensmittelechtes Filament und das Überziehen des Drucks mit einem entsprechenden Harz oder Lack ist sicher eine gute Idee.

Für die Montage werden noch folgende Teile benötigt:

• 1x M3x20mm oder M3x25mm Schraube
• 1x M3 Unterlegscheibe

The funnel holds approx. 35g of beans.
I have optimised the design for easy printability, but unfortunately printing without support is not possible. Therefore you can either set the support in the slicer or use the file Hopper_Supported vX.stl and simply remove the parts marked red in the picture with a sharp knife.
The Lid is optional and consists of 2 parts which are then connected with a M3x20mm or M3x25mm screw and a washer.
All screw holes are 2.8mm and so the M3 screws should self-tap their threads when first screwed in.

A food grade filament and coating the print with an appropriate resin or varnish is certainly a good idea.

For the assembly the following parts are needed:

• 1x M3x20mm or M3x25mm screw
• 1x M3 washer
