Bosch Kiox BC 350 Broken Clamp Repair | Halterung für Bosch Kiox BC 350

I've crashed my e-bike and the clamp of the control unit from the board computer broke apart. The control unit self is working just fine, but without a atachment to the handlebar its not usable while cycling. I designed this model to atatch it again. The diameter of my handlebar is 22mm. 

All we need for Assembeling

• the orginal screw for the connection between BC350 and adapter

• 1* M4 Nut + 1* M4*12 Screw for the clamp

Print with full infill, no supports, 

for a better quality i printed 0,12mm layer height,  more should also work but i dont tested it.

Als ich mal wieder im Geländeeinsatz mein Fahrrad unsanft auf den Boden gelegt habe, ist die Halterung der Bedieneinheit vom Boardcomputer leider gebrochen. Die Bedienung selbst funktioniert tadellos. Um sie weiterhin nutzen zu könnne, habe ich diese Teil konstruirt. 

Zur Montage brauchen wir nur folgende Dinge:

• Die Originalschraube, um die Bedieneinheit an unserem gedruckten Halter zu montieren.

• 1xMutter M4 und 1xInbusschraube M4x12 zur Klemmung des Halters an der Lenkerstange

Meine Lenkerstange hat 22mm Durchmesser. Ob das Model bei abweichendem Durchmesser noch funktioniert, kann ich nicht sagen. Hier wären im zweifel Modifikationen notwendig.

Für bessere Qualität habe ich mit 0,12mm Schichtdicke gedruckt. Mehr Sollte aber auch gehen. Für beste steifigkeit habe ich 100% füllung verwendet. Das Filament ist PETG von Polymaker.
