1U rackmount for HP Elitedesk G3 mini and newer

This 19 inch 1U rackmount for the HP Elitedesk mini series is perfect for homelab enthousiasts that want 1 or more HP 1 liter pc's and rack mount them.

The mount consists of two printed parts that both can be printed without supports by placing them front facing down.

Connecting both halves together can be done by using 6 M3 (10 mm) bolts and hex nuts.

PC installation - Slide the HP mini in from the back and push it all the way to the front, the bezel of the pc will fit snugly in the mount facade. Then screw in 2 small m3 bolts (10 mm) in the back tabs to secure the pc in place. This way it will not slip backwards when pushing the power button or inserting a usb connector.

June 2nd 2024 - Update:
By popular request, i added a blank support to replace the left bracket for people who would like to use the mount with only 1 mini pc. The connection between the halves is still the same, with 6 M3 hex nuts in that part. (I tried to optimize the part for ease of install and printing. advised is to print face down, so you won't need supports.)

July 26th 2024 - update 2:
By request i have made a small change to the inside of the front lip. It is now chamfered from the inside outward. This should make pushing the mini pc into place a bit easier as for some it was difficult to line up the pc correctly and get it inside of the final opening. Also some plastics may shrink a little after printing which also makes the process harder.

Therefor i recommend just using PLA for the print.
