Sony PVM-14L5 Deflection Board Mounting Bracket

Description:

A replacement for the Sony PVM-14L5 fragile factory D board mounting bracket. 

FDM_0165 is a remix significantly changes the geometry for better durability and printability. This is a two piece print and requires adhesion post processing.

FDM_0186 is a brand new clean sheet design which is designed to be significantly stronger, easier to print, and prints in one piece. It requires a slightly larger bed size, it will fit on a Bambu X1C / P1S.

Printing:

• Use FlashForge ASA or equivalent alternate ASA: amzn.to/3szLrtP
• 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm height, 50%+ infill, 4 walls, brim, snug supports
• Do not use PLA

FDM_0165 (Two Piece) Assembly:

• Always use proper PPE when handling Acetone.
• Use a Q-Tip or brush to thoroughly coat both mating surfaces in Acetone, repeat brush on of Acetone 3-4 times for best results, then clamp together in six places as shown in the photo for 30-60 minutes.
• Allow a minimum of 24-48 hours to cure before installation.
