K1 Modular Vented Riser w/Acrylic Top

IMPORTANT: This does NOT work with the factory lid. I made this as a personal project for my K1 as I hated the factory lid. I cut 6mm Acrylic on a CNC to fit the lid. I did provide the DXF file for the lid but did not put holes for a handle in the lid because there are a million choices for handles you can use.

This is a modular design. Every corner is the same. Every betweener space is the same. You will 4 corners, 1 back tweener and 3 other tweeners of your choice. You can use 3 solid, 3 vented or any combination for the 3 remaining sides.  I have positive air pressure in my K1 (intaking air from the outside with dual side fans) so only needed one vent.

The vented tweener also has a sliding door that you can slide into the vented tweeners before assembling into the corner riser pieces.

Included is the files is another optional LED visor. If you use these, you will need to print 4 of them. I printed the visors out of TPU to give some vibration resistance with the acrylic lid.

You'll need longer M3 screws to attach it to the frame. I believe they are 35mm, I'll have to double check.

Everything was printed with 2 walls, 10% Infill.
Print everything standing up as it would be on the K1 with supports.
The lid can be printed flat and the visors printed upside down flat on the build plate.
