I have updated the original name plates 30 & 40 oz to fit better.  Also added a few more designs:

Flower plate - Just like the name tag add you name in the slicer

Sunflower - prints as 2 parts, the main base and flower with the center of the flower separate to make printing different color easier.  I still print the base 16 layers one color then do a color change for the flower.

A ghost - for Halloween,  looks great with a glow in the dark ghost.

Steeler logo - A fan favorite!!  Should be printed in black and gold (requires supports)

Trim ring - to cover the metal lip on top of the cup (See picture with red and black Ruth name tag)

I have also found it's ok to enlarge the name to be bigger than the tag.  Of course you will need supports.  **Just do not block the straw hole or exceed the side boarders, or will will not fit the cup lid.

Here is a Stanley Cup/Tumbler name plate.  It is just the plate, the text can be added in PrusaSlicer (That's how I did it).  I made the text only 2mm tall.  For smoother text i did enable ironing with 1% feed. (Filled in any line gaps)

Don't forget to do the color change.  If using a 0.2 layer height if should be at layer 17.

There are 2 versions, one for 40oz and another for 30oz.
