Huion Kamvas 16 Vesa Mount Adapter. 

I got inspired by this reddit post to create this model to avoid having to buy a metal adapter. I wanted to mount the tablet to a monitor arm for ease of repositioning when not in use, but couldn't find any good way to do this. In the end, this is just a flat piece to be taped onto the back of the tablet with double-sided tape (make sure to place M4 nuts into the holes on the back before taping the piece). Fits 100x100 VESA mounts. 

Also, make sure to print with a brim to avoid the part lifting on the edges.
