Modification of the Ender 5s1 head, lighter with orbiter 2

This modification allows you to significantly lighten the head on your printer and at the same time install a better orbit v2 extruder.

I have already fully tested the modification and I can say with confidence that the printer has become better at printing, I have significantly increased the print speed parameters, and set the speed of movement and filling to 10,000 mm/s.

The only point I wanted to clarify is that the head was tested together with a modification to linear guides!!!
Therefore, if you decide to repeat, you should do a complete modification, but I want to tell you that it is worth it! Since you increase the rigidity of the moving elements of the printer and lighten the mechanics by more than 600 grams.

Let's move on to the very details of the head, I cannot name the number of screws and their length, since I forgot to measure during assembly... I can say that you will need M2-M3 screws and in some units M4-M5 screws (these screws can be taken from the original head ), and you will also need 2 fused brass nuts for an M3 screw (5mm deep)

I recommend printing from abs with 100% filling

When you tighten the eccentrics of the lower wheels, be careful that they are in the same position!!! Otherwise there will be wheel misalignment and rapid wear.
