Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro ADXL345 X Axis Mount

An X axis mount for the ADXL345 inspired by @FLYNINDUSTRIES's bed clamp mount. 

This mount was designed for the Neptune 4 Pro but may work on other models leveraging the metal guide rails. 

Please note that someone has explicitly tried this on the regular Neptune 4 and would not fit due to that printer using POM V-guide rails, resulting in the print head sitting lower on the x gantry.

This leverages heat set inserts to ensure the ADXL345 stays secured. Simply remove the cable fastener on the print head and attach this mount.

Bill of Materials:

• 2x - Heat Set Inserts (M3x5x4)
• 2x - M3 4mm cap head bolts for mounting the ADXL345
• 2x - Original M3x16 screws used for the cable fastener

Print Settings:

• 4 Perimeters/walls
• 15% infill
• 0.2mm layer height
• 0.4mm line width
• 5 top and bottom layers
• Parts are pre oriented in the correct position for printing
• No supports needed
