Quick print glasses for New Year's 2024!
Primary new thing here is the filament hinge inspired by a different shutter shade remix. The original openscad design was really good but the snap-fit arms were very fragile. I used blender for some booleans then did manual reinforcement of the hinge portion and added a nose bridge. Turned out nice. Created sizes for adults, teens, kids, and toddlers from this size chart.

PLA is fine if you are gentle but the hinge is stronger with HTPLA/PETG etc. If you have the textured bed you may want to use that so the surface finish is nicer. I do recommend using “don't cross perimeters” setting to reduce PETG stringing (enabled in the 3mf).
