Description
I wanted a simple way to make my socket rails portable and also tidy in my toolbox. This stand combines a pair of socket rails and add a grip and folding feet.
Since the upper part and the lower part are separated, the whole length depends on the length of the rail. in my case, I cut them down to 360mm, in order to fit it in my Stanley Tool box but it's up to your needs and preference.
Both the upper and lower parts has the same width, so it's also stable in horizontal orientation.
For assembling, you will need;
You need to make 2x 5.5-6.0mm holes at each ends of the socket rails (10mm from the edge, 55mm distance between 2 holes. Please refer the picture.)
I personally printed it in ERYONE Carbon PLA. It looks great in my opinion.
