Back Cover for GameSir G8 (universal and Y700)

Created this cover to create a nice visual appearance on the back of the GameSir G8 Controller. Especially helpful if you cut the tabs to hyperextend the controller to fit a tablet (such as the Legion Y700 pictured). Recommend printing upright on end with a brim, no supports needed. You can go without brim if you are printing a shorter spacer/back cover.

3 Files included:

• 200mm universal - put your phone or tablet in your G8 and measure the gap at the back - then trim the file in your slicer to be about 1mm shorter than the gap (it needs to be slightly shorter so the springs can still clamp your device).
• 99mm Y700 - pre-sized to fit Y700.
• Y700 shim - due to the slimness of the tablet there is still a gap between the controller and tablet. Slide this in between so the controller feels more solid. I printed this with no top and bottom layers and honeycomb infill to keep it lighter.

Depending on how thick your phone/tablet is you may still want some sort of shim behind it.
