Description
The model represents the Seiffen Church, or as it is officially called, the Seiffen Mountain Church, and is an Evangelical Lutheran church in the municipality of Seiffen in the Erzgebirge district of Saxony.
It is the town's landmark and a popular motif in Erzgebirge folk art. It was built from 1776 to 1779 according to the plans of Christian Gotthelf Reuther, who took the Dresden Frauenkirche as his model.
The church is depicted in many Erzgebirge Christmas motifs and can therefore be found in many German households in various forms.
The colorfulness was made possible by a filament change. This actually works with any printer, as all changes are only ever in one layer.
