Christmas Sleigh Kit Card

Add something extra festive this year when you send out your Christmas cards by including a snap-together sleigh kit card.  Designed to be thin enough to easily fit in the envelope, but thick enough to be sturdy while breaking off and assembling.  No glue is required!

There is enough space at the bottom right to easily add your own custom text using a tool such as Tinkercard, Prusia Slicer, or Orca Slicer.

Print at 0.2mm layer height to ensure the best fit.  Changing the resolution could affect the fit of the parts as the tolerances are precise: loose enough to allow easy assembly, but also tight enough to stick together when put together.

Pause at layer 10 to put in a filament change to create contrasting colors for the trim, wreath, and other accents.  Or you can easily use a marker to color the accents after the print.

There is also a colorized version that can be opened in Orca Slicer to print in 4 colors with a multi-material system like the Bambu Lab AMS.

With a bit of careful arranging as shown in the last photo, you can print four models on the build plate of a 235x235mm sized bed, like an Ender 3.
