Base upscale movement trays for Warhammer Old Worls

20.12.23 - Added a tray that hold 20 20x20 mini

I'm realy beinging to get excited for Warhammer Old World, and to that end I've been building up a bretonnia army,  its got to the poin they need movment trays, and so now they have soon.

At time of writing the only information GW have offical given out re base sizes are in this, so I've made an educated guse about the cavarly sizes.   Once I've got more informaiton I'll make more, but if theres somthing you'd like just ask.

Because these are basicly the ‘new’ sizes with a cutout for the ‘old’ sizes to fit into they are effectively lipless movement trays.  The old base fit flush with the top.

Personaly I thinking of building my army on old sizes base and having both sized trays, that way i can still play Kings of War, 8th Ed or whatever eles feel like.

Painting notes

This is mostly for my information so i dont forget what I've done.

Spray black.

Thick layer of AK Muddy Grownd, taking care that the tray and mini are the same level. After 2ish hr stamp in horse show prints with bent paper clip.

Once full dry (24hr ish) dry brush leather brown getting some on the lower parts of the mini particaul the ones in the rear ranks. Then light Banshee brown

flock with army painter green saw dust, add staic grass, birch seed ‘leaves’ on the archers.
