K40 nozzle attachment

A small add-on for your Cloudray nozzle. The purpose of the add-on is to reduce the nozzle diameter from 3mm to 1mm. This allows pumps or compressors with a lower flow rate to keep the flow more constant. In addition, by extending the nozzle by 5mm in length, the air jet is directed more precisely to the kerf, which increases efficiency. The nozzle should be printed with 4 periemetres to achieve 100% infill. If necessary, the hole can be drilled out to a larger diameter. The nozzle is designed to hold onto the Cloudray nozzle without a clamp or similar, allowing for quick assembly and disassembly.

WARNING: If your laser is not aligned 100% properly you may melt the nozzle which can lead to setting it afire.
