Parametric Lock Nut for Drawers

Replacement/Spare part for drawers that lock a peck in place. The 3mf file as designed fits my Ikea Kallax drawer addon (no guarantee they still use the same dimesions, better measure).

The model isn't perfectly round, but has a “flat tire”. That flat tire is intended to go on the print bed (check the images for reference). Printing in this direction ensures the part is strong and it does not need any support. To improve bed adhesion, that flat tire is a single layer across the opening of the nut. You'll need to do a little post processing and remove that single layer once the part is printed. But don't worry, it removes quite well when using a knife.

The model is fully parametric, so you should have an easy time to adjust it to your needs. You can use the “Change Parameters” option in Fusion 360 for example.
