Model Overview:
- Includes the START UP MODEL (with Segments Option 1) and all ADD ON Options 2 & 3.
- Perfect for creating a colorful lamp that adds a whimsical touch to any space.
Print Settings:
- Segment Printing: All balloon segments can be printed in VASE mode (instructions provided in the PDF).
- Support: No support material needed; no painting required.
- Assembly: Full assembly instructions included. Just use a bit of glue (recommended: NANO GLOOP for PLA).
Dimensions:
- Fully assembled size: Diameter 203mm (8in) x Height 406mm (16in).
Lighting:
- Designed for a USB small light bulb like the Toolmoon with a vertical connection, but compatible with any small lights.
- Choose from three versions of the MALE SCREW BASE for your light:
- LED STRIP LIGHT Adapter included
- ToolMoon Light Bulb
- 27mm Hole
- 30mm Hole
- Wires can exit the model through a cutout at the back of the Cloud Base.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

Print Settings:
- Layer Height: All parts printed at 0.2mm.
- Cloud Base: Printed using adaptive layers in Prusa Slicer.
- Balloon Segments: Printed in VASE mode. Detailed instructions are included in the PDF.
Filament Recommendations:
- Polyterra PLA
- PolyLite PETG Transparent (for transparent parts). Any transparent or translucent PLA will also work.
Print Time:
- Longest print: Cloud Base (adaptive layers) – approximately 9 hours at 30mm/s.
- Other parts require less time.
Build Plate Requirements:
- Minimum size: 200mm x 200mm x 189mm to print all parts as designed.
- If your build plate is smaller, scale down the model by 5% to 7%.
- Important: Adjustments may affect color change layer heights; verify layer settings in your slicer.
Additional Resources:
- PDF documents with color lists and scaling instructions are included in the zipped file. Print the PDF at scale 1:1 on an A4 printer for easy reference.
